Description

Here is a matte painting or matte painting concept which I did at a Workshop for the SAE Institute in Leipzig, Germany. 
It was a live demo in front of over 20 students and my old teachers. :)
Around 4 hrs work or so

But it isn't my favorite so far. 

The Workshop was about how matte painting will created for Film & Game Cinematics. 

I modeled and textured the corridor with Maya and rendered in Arnold. :-) the BG and the snow in the corridor is a matte painting.
I added some lens dirt and noise so that it feels like a final shot of a game cinematic or so

Nice, lediglich das das lensflare des von uns linken licht "kippt" stört mich aber "who cares" :D

Das du als base den Gang in Maya gemodellt hast habe ich verstanden, aber hast du ihn auch gleich richtig aufwendig texturiert so das du quasi nur noch die "fx" in ps hinzufügen musstest oder nur paar base colors draufgelegt und der rest ist ps

Sieht jedenfalls sehr klasse aus!
